How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are prioritized for shipping based on the date you placed your order. During order checkout, you will see the estimated shipping time frame.
After you have placed your order, you can check the status by visiting Orders within My Account. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to ship.
Note that you must complete onboarding prior to your Ai Pin shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only selling and shipping our products in the United States. Within the US, we do not currently ship to PO boxes, military bases, or US territories.
Why am I unable to add an accessory to my Ai Pin order?
Orders may have limits on the total allowable cost. In this case, you can purchase accessories on a separate order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order only if you have not completed onboarding. Once onboarding is complete, your Ai Pin will be set to ship. To request a change or cancel your order, contact Support.
