Update payment information

To ensure uninterrupted service, make sure your payment information is up to date.

  1. Log in to Humane.Center.
  2. Select your profile  in the bottom right.
  3. Select “Account,” then Select “Subscription & billing.”
  4. Under “Billing Information,” click “Update.” You will be taken to the Humane Inc Billing portal. 
  5. Update your payment method. 
  6. Click “Return to Humane Inc” to get back to your account.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. 

  • Cancellation ends your subscription effective immediately. 
  • When your subscription ends, Ai Pin will become inoperable. 
  • You can continue to access the data in .Center after your subscription ends. 
  • You can reactivate your subscription, but if you do not reactivate it within 60 days, your phone number will be rescinded. You would then need to purchase a new subscription. 

To cancel your subscription

  1. Log in to .Center.
  2. Select your profile  in the bottom right.
  3. Select “Account,” then select “Subscription & billing.”
  4. Under “Status,” you’ll see the option to cancel your subscription.
